Deben servir para establecer las reglas del juego y aclarar aquellos aspectos que no est\u00e1n regulados por otras normas y que, por tanto, pueden generar confusi\u00f3n o conflictos.<\/p><p>En los convenios, sean sectoriales o de empresa, se pueden incorporar todas aquellas mejoras y acuerdos pactados entre las partes, siempre que no contradigan normas de rango superior. En este sentido, el convenio deber\u00eda ser una herramienta \u00fatil para avanzar en derechos y beneficios.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Sin embargo, sorprende comprobar c\u00f3mo todav\u00eda <strong>hay convenios que se limitan a copiar fragmentos del Estatuto de los Trabajadores u otras normativas (LPRL, LI, etc.)<\/strong>, sin a\u00f1adir ninguna mejora real ni beneficio concreto para las personas trabajadoras.<\/p><p>Quiz\u00e1 con la incorporaci\u00f3n de la inteligencia artificial, y dado que las llamadas \u201cmentes pensantes\u201d no tendr\u00e1n que dedicarse \u00fanicamente a copiar, veremos convenios que incluyan propuestas reales de mejora y no simples reproducciones de textos legales ya existentes.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">Confiemos en que la IA, al menos, sirva para conseguir unos \u201ccopiadores\u201d m\u00e1s eficientes, capaces de <strong>generar convenios que realmente <\/strong>mejoren las relaciones laborales.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-8823c3e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"8823c3e\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-61c8672\" data-id=\"61c8672\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"translation-block\">Los convenios son <strong>herramientas fundamentales para regular las relaciones entre trabajadores y empresas<\/strong>.
