a d\u00eda. Un gesto tan sencillo como parpadear tiene un papel clave: cada parpadeo distribuye una fina capa de l\u00e1grima que mantiene los ojos hidratados y protegidos de la irritaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p data-start=\"601\" data-end=\"898\" class=\"translation-block\">As\u00ed mismo, cuando paseamos muchas horas frente al odrenador, tableta o movil, la frequencia de parpadeo disminuye de manera significativa. Los sintomas m\u00e1s habituales incluyen:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1200\"><li data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1118\"><p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1118\">Picor y sensaci\u00f3n de escozor.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1137\"><p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1137\">Visi\u00f3n borrosa<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1138\" data-end=\"1169\"><p data-start=\"1140\" data-end=\"1169\">Sensaci\u00f3n de arena en los ojos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1200\"><p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1200\">Fatiga ocular y dolores de cabeza.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1325\">Adem\u00e1s, la falta de parpadeo puede aumentar la tensi\u00f3n ocular, dificultando la concentraci\u00f3n y reduciendo el rendimiento laboral.<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1392\"><strong>Consejos para prevenir la sequedad ocular y la f\u00e1tiga visual<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1516\" class=\"translation-block\">Para mantener una buena salud ocular y reducir el riesgo de s\u00edndrome del ojo seco, es recomendable adoptar buenos h\u00e1bitos:<\/p><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"2083\"><li data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1622\"><p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1622\" class=\"translation-block\">Sigue la regla 20-20-20: cada 20 minutos, mira un objeto a 6 metros durante al menos 20 segundos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1702\"><p data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1702\" class=\"translation-block\">Parpadea de forma consciente para mantener la hidrataci\u00f3n natural de los ojos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1772\"><p data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1772\" class=\"translation-block\">Ajusta la iluminaci\u00f3n para evitar reflejos y deslumbramientos. Debe ser uniforme u homog\u00e9nea en un 80 %, sin provocar reflejos ni sombras.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1846\"><p data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1846\" class=\"translation-block\">Mant\u00e9n una distancia adecuada de la pantalla (entre 50 y 70 cm).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1907\"><p data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1907\" class=\"translation-block\">Realiza pausas visuales regulares a lo largo de la jornada.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1908\" data-end=\"2083\"><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2083\" class=\"translation-block\">Utiliza l\u00e1grimas artificiales cuando notes sequedad ocular, especialmente si trabajas muchas horas frente a pantallas o en ambientes con aire acondicionado o calefacci\u00f3n.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"1911\" data-end=\"2083\"><strong>Protege tu salud ocular en la era digital<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">En un contexto donde el trabajo con pantallas es inevitable, la prevenci\u00f3n de la sequedad ocular y la fatiga visual debe ser una prioridad. Con h\u00e1bitos sencillos como parpadear con regularidad, ajustar el entorno de trabajo, utilizar l\u00e1grimas artificiales y seguir la regla 20-20-20, es posible mantener unos ojos sanos y c\u00f3modos a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\"
