class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El <strong>Pla d&#8217;Igualtat<\/strong> \u00e9s un conjunt organitzat de mesures adoptades despr\u00e9s de realitzar un diagn\u00f2stic de situaci\u00f3, amb l&#8217;<strong>objectiu d&#8217;assolir la igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats entre dones i homes a l&#8217;empresa<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com d&#8217;eliminar la discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe.<\/p><article class=\"w-full scroll-mb-[var(--thread-trailing-height,150px)] text-token-text-primary focus-visible:outline-2 focus-visible:outline-offset-[-4px]\" dir=\"auto\" data-testid=\"conversation-turn-5\" data-scroll-anchor=\"true\"><div class=\"m-auto text-base py-[18px] px-3 md:px-4 w-full md:px-5 lg:px-4 per a la igualtat efectiva entre dones i homes, estableix que <strong>les empreses han de respectar la igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit laboral<\/strong>. Per aconseguir-ho, han d&#8217;adoptar mesures per evitar qualsevol tipus de discriminaci\u00f3 laboral entre dones i homes.<\/p><p>Amb l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del Reial decret 6\/2019, de 1 de mar\u00e7, <strong>totes les organitzacions amb m\u00e9s de 50 treballadors han d&#8217;implementar un pla d&#8217;igualtat obligatori.<\/strong><\/p><p>A m\u00e9s, han de posar en marxa un pla d&#8217;igualtat quan aix\u00ed ho determini el<strong> conveni col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong> d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 o quan l<strong>&#8216;autoritat laboral<\/strong> hagi acordat substituir sancions per l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 i aplicaci\u00f3 del pla esmentat en el marc d&#8217;un procediment sancionador.<\/p><blockquote><p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surpol.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Surpol<\/strong> <\/a><strong>t&#8217;ajudem i et guiem en el desenvolupament i implementaci\u00f3 del pla d&#8217;igualtat.<\/strong> Disposem d&#8217;un equip especialitzat, encap\u00e7alat per una experta en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;igualtat, que estudiar\u00e0 les necessitats de la teva empresa.
